2. Fulfillment Locations
KRNglasses.com fulfills orders from multiple locations, including U.S. and European fulfillment locations.
Shipping cost, available shipping methods, and transit time may vary depending on the product, inventory location, destination, carrier, currency, and selected shipping method.
If an order contains multiple products fulfilled from different locations, items may arrive in separate shipments with different delivery times.
3. Shipping Costs
- United States and Puerto Rico: We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders currently supported by our shipping settings.
- International shipping: We ship to selected countries worldwide. International shipping rates vary depending on destination, carrier, currency, order value, product, and fulfillment location. Available shipping options and final shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
The estimates above are general guidelines. The final shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
4. Partner Suppliers
Some products may be fulfilled by approved partner suppliers. For those products, shipping cost, carrier, fulfillment location, and delivery time may be calculated by the supplier or app and shown at checkout before payment.
5. Order Processing and Cut-off
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM Central Time will typically begin processing the following business day.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, handling fees, local taxes, or other import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by local authorities, customs agencies, carriers, or brokerage providers and are not controlled by KRNglasses.com.
