Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at KRNglasses.com. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged items, defective products, and incorrect items are handled.

1. Return Window

We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, clean, complete, and with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, cases, tags, and materials included.

2. Restocking Fees

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

3. How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact us to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Please email us at contact@krnglasses.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The product model or SKU, if available
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if the product arrived damaged, appears defective, or is incorrect

We will provide the correct return instructions and the appropriate return location for your region. Returns sent without prior authorization or to the wrong return location may experience processing delays.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer remorse returns: If you change your mind, selected the wrong size or model, ordered by mistake, or no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If the return is due to our error, or if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is free. After we review and approve the case, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or another no-cost return method.

Please contact us before returning damaged, defective, or incorrect items so we can review the issue and provide the correct return instructions.

5. Product Condition and Partial Refunds

Returned products must be clean, complete, unused, unworn, and in resalable condition unless the return is due to shipping damage, a defect, or an incorrect item.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, cases, tags, protective bags, cleaning cloths, and any included materials must be returned with the product.

We reserve the right to refuse a return, refuse a refund, or issue a partial refund if the product is returned in a condition that is not acceptable for resale. This includes, but is not limited to, products that are used, worn, scratched, damaged by the customer, altered, incomplete, missing accessories, missing original packaging, dirty, or returned with residue such as sunscreen, cosmetics, sweat, sand, water damage, or other signs of use.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we will notify you after inspection and explain whether the refund has been refused or partially reduced.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved, partially approved, or refused based on the condition of the returned product and this policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive the returned item for the refund to be processed.

Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, damage, defect, or an incorrect item.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, please accept delivery and request a return according to this policy.

8. Damaged Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at contact@krnglasses.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label. This helps us review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

If the package appears seriously damaged at delivery, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

9. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you believe your product is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We may request photos, product information, or additional details to help us review the issue. If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, return, or refund.

10. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return if they are marked as final sale, customized, altered, used in a way that prevents resale, returned incomplete, or damaged by the customer.
